How do I reserve a date?
Send us a message through the contact form or call us at (256) 365-8786. We’ll schedule a tour, walk you through the packages that fit your day, and hold a tentative date for you while we finalize the paperwork.
What's included with the venue?
Every offering includes:
- Bridal suite and groom’s quarters
- Ceremony lawn and lakeside ceremony sites
- Ballroom with stage and surround sound system
- Covered outdoor pavilion with lake views and surround sound
- Outdoor patio with tables and chairs
- Balcony with lake views
- Catering kitchen
- Flat screen TVs for presentations and slideshows
- Nine 6-foot round tables, six 8-foot rectangular tables, drink and cake tables
- 100 white folding chairs
- On-site parking
- Professional setup support and post-event cleanup

Do we need event insurance?
It depends on your event type:
- Weddings — yes, always required.
- Non-wedding events that serve alcohol — yes, required.
- Non-wedding events with no alcohol — no insurance required.
If insurance is required for your event, you’re welcome to bring your own policy or purchase coverage through us for $200 — not included in the offering price. We’ll walk you through the details during your tour.
What's the alcohol policy?
Alcohol is welcome. A licensed officer is on site throughout wedding receptions. No shots or kegs, and alcohol service ends 45 minutes before your event end time so your last hour can land gently.
What time does the event have to end?
All guests must be out by 11:30 PM, with everything cleaned and loaded by midnight. The two-day Ever After offering gives you Friday access from 12:00–9:00 PM for your rehearsal and setup.
Can we fish in the lake?
Yes — bank fishing is permitted up to 2 hours before the ceremony for the wedding party and guests. Please let us know ahead of time; anyone who fishes signs a liability waiver. No swimming or water activity of any kind.
